The SEIC Board of Directors announces the departure of its Director, Mr. Olivier Thorens, effective October 7, 2026. To ensure business continuity during this transition period, Mr. Philippe Thévenot and Mr. Jean de Wolff, appointed by the Board of Directors, will jointly assume leadership of the company—in collaboration with the Executive Committee—until a new Director is appointed.

SEIC customers can expect a slight increase in their 2027 electricity bills. Rising supply costs are the main reason for this.
