Swiss series: a new golden age on your screens
Long on the back burner, Swiss television drama is enjoying a promising renaissance. Better productions, recognized castings, modern formats: Swiss series are gaining in quality... and popularity. And this is just the beginning.
With the arrival of the Lex Netflix at the end of 2024, streaming platforms like Netflix or Disney+ will be obliged to invest part of their revenues in local audiovisual creation. A measure that promises to inject new budgets into Swiss production.
The expected result? More projects, more ambition... and above all, more visibility for our talents. From satirical comedy to political thrillers, Swiss series are finally daring to assert themselves.
