You can then use them independently on your operator's mobile network.Â

eSIM the new generation of SIM cards
With eSIM, connect your smartphone to the mobile network without a physical SIM card. No more risk of losing or forgetting your card - your eSIM follows you wherever you go! This virtual card is also the ideal solution for using several phone numbers with the same device.
FAQ mobile data and roming rates
Your mobile Internet connection speed changes from full speed to reduced speed until the beginning of the following month. However, there is no charge for additional data. You can switch back to full speed at any time by subscribing to data packs via the customer area or cockpit.
Once you've used up all your mobile data for Switzerland, speeds are limited to 128kbit/s with the MobiGo subscription and 64kbit/s with the MobiStart subscription until the beginning of the following month. However, you can switch back to full speed at any time by subscribing to data packs via the customer area or cockpit.
No, access to the cockpit and customer area is free of charge. Use of the cockpit and customer area does not affect the mobile data available, whether in Switzerland or abroad.

FAQ Secondary SIM
The secondary SIM option is available with the MobiSwiss and MobiEuro subscriptions, as well as with the Business FirstSwiss and FirstEuro offers.
The secondary SIM option is available with most devices that can accommodate a SIM card or eSIM, with the exception of connected watches.
No. The secondary SIM option is for the personal use of the user of the main subscription.
All devices can be reached under the same telephone number. If a third party has access to your additional device, they can use your services and access your customer area. This allows them to modify the settings of your various multimedia services.
The secondary SIM option is invoiced as soon as it is activated. When activating and cancelling a secondary SIM option, it is billed per full monthly period.
It is possible to cancel a secondary SIM option by contacting SEIC.
Secondary SIM options can be added at any time from your customer area. You will also find the consumption for the entire subscription. Consumption per device is not available.
Standard rates as displayed on our website are valid when using the secondary SIM option. Data consumed and calls made via the secondary SIM option are deducted from the quota volume included in your Mobile subscription.
No, it is not possible to use the secondary SIM option abroad.
FAQ eSIM
Users can activate their eSIM profile on their compatible device by scanning a QR code generated by the operator. Existing customers can initiate the switch to eSIM in the MyNet+ portal under "Mobile". New customers can define the type of SIM they want (physical or virtual) when ordering online or from SEIC.
eSIM is particularly recommended for using several phone numbers with the same cell phone (dual SIM).
Once you've scanned your QR code, you'll have access to your mobile service in just a few seconds.
It is not possible to switch from an eSIM to a physical SIM card from your customer area. To do this, please contact SEIC. Please note that this operation will cost you CHF 49.
Downloading a new eSIM is free, provided you already have an eSIM.
If you want to switch to eSIM, you need to make sure that the device for which the eSIM is intended is eSIM-compatible. What's more, when switching from SIM card to eSIM, the device intended to receive the eSIM will need to be connected to the Internet (via Wi-Fi network, or mobile network if a second SIM card is present in the device). Make sure you also have a medium on which you can scan your QR code (second screen or printing device).
To find out whether your device is eSIM-compatible, see the list of eSIM-compatible devices.
To switch from standard SIM card to eSIM, go to your customer area under the "Mobile" tab, then "Configuration", or contact us.
You can request the replacement of your SIM card at any time by calling 0848 830 840. Once the replacement request has been accepted by net+, calls can no longer be made from the old card (except for emergency calls) and the card is permanently blocked.
If you choose a physical SIM card, you'll receive a universal SIM card (Smart SIM) that combines the mini-SIM, micro-SIM and nano-SIM formats. All three formats are pre-cut into the card. So you can carefully detach the format you need and insert it into your smartphone with ease.
If you want an eSIM, you'll receive an e-mail with a link to the eSIM QR code. Once scanned, you'll be able to access your QR code and all eSIM functions via your customer area.
No, the PUK code is directly linked to your SIM card. It cannot be changed. The PUK code can only be changed by replacing the SIM card.
To obtain PIN 2 and PUK 2 codes, please contact your net+ operator on 0848 830 840.
The PIN code can be changed in your phone's security settings (procedure varies according to device).
If you use a physical SIM card, the PIN and PUK codes have been supplied with it and are visible on the card's plastic holder. PIN and PUK codes are also available in the customer area.
If you use an eSIM, PIN and PUK codes are available in the customer area only.
If necessary, these codes can be obtained by contacting your net+ operator on 0848 830 840.
Note: As it is possible to change your PIN code, the net+ operator only has the initial PIN code written on the SIM card's plastic holder.
