Changes within the SEIC Management Team
The SEIC Board of Directors announces the departure of its Director, Mr. Olivier Thorens, effective October 7, 2026. To ensure business continuity during this transition period, Mr. Philippe Thévenot and Mr. Jean de Wolff, appointed by the Board of Directors, will jointly assume leadership of the company—in collaboration with the Executive Committee—until a new Director is appointed.
After serving as Business Unit Manager and then as Director since January 1, 2025, Olivier Thorens has played a key role in several major milestones in SEIC’s development. The Board of Directors would like to express its sincere gratitude to him for his dedication, professionalism, and the work he has done on behalf of the company over the past few years.
SEIC currently operates in an environment characterized by increasingly demanding strategic, organizational, and operational challenges. In light of this, the Board of Directors has decided to evolve the company’s governance structure in order to establish the most appropriate organizational framework to support its growth and address the identified challenges.
In this context, Philippe Thévenot and Jean de WolT will jointly serve as SEIC’s executive directors. The company’s operations are continuing as usual, and services provided to customers, partners, and shareholder municipalities remain fully guaranteed.
At the same time, the Board of Directors is continuing the efforts it has undertaken to strengthen the organization and prepare for the next stages of SEIC’s development. It remains fully committed to supporting this transition, alongside its employees, in the best interests of SEIC and all of its stakeholders.
