Yes, you can subscribe to one or two fixed lines at the Combo pack customization stage - in the online ordering process - or directly with SEIC.
No. For broadcasting rights reasons, TV packages and movies on demand (VOD) are only available to customers with a TV box.
Almost all channels, including those in subscribed packages, are available on the Mobile TV application, provided the subscription is linked to a BLI BLA BLO package. For broadcasting rights reasons, some channels are not available for viewing on the TV Mobile application.
For channels that don't allow viewing on the app, you can still consult synopses and schedule recordings when available.

BLI BLA BLO offers are available throughout the "net+ territory", i.e. at all locations served by the teleservices in Valais romand and Chablais vaudois, as well as in the canton of Fribourg and the regions of Nyon, Gland, Aubonne, Orbe, Vallée de Joux and Lausanne.
If you already have a BLI BLA BLO subscription, you'll keep it unchanged. You can, of course, request to take advantage of the new Combo offers.

- 100 Mbit/s: sufficient for a 1-2-person household with moderate surfing (e-mail, social networking, online video applications, etc.).
- 300 Mbit/s: suitable for a family of 3-4 people (e-mail, social networking, games and applications, online video, etc.).
- Maximum speed: ideal for demanding users where speed is important (remote working, downloading heavy files, etc.).
A "symmetrical" speed profile is one that provides equal download and upload speeds. This type of profile is only available with a fiber optic connection.
The Internet speed available at your home may vary depending on the quality of your connection and the technology used for it.
"Best effort" means you'll always get the highest download speed your connection and subscription allow.
The Wi-Fi option is automatically activated. It can be deactivated in the MYNET+ customer area.
To prevent your mailboxes from being flooded with unwanted messages, net+ has set up a filter that automatically sorts incoming e-mails. You can then decide how to deal with these messages, i.e. whether to move them to a specific "spam" folder or delete them directly. All configuration options are accessible from the Webmail tool.
Maximum memory space per e-mail address is 1 GB.
Maximum e-mail size is limited to 15 MB (send and receive).
