My name is Nicolas Sabater and I'm a member of the general management of the Naëf Immobilier Group. I've been managing Naëf Nyon since 2006, and within our team of around thirty employees, we cover all aspects of real estate, such as management, co-ownership, sales, rentals and promotion. Naëf immobilier is a family-run agency that has been in existence for almost 150 years, with Frédéric Naëf as Chairman of the Board. Historically based in Geneva, our company has expanded over the years to several regions, including Nyon, Lausanne, Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Fribourg, Verbier, Crans Montana and Vevey.
Although our offices were well located, they were becoming increasingly cramped. We decided to keep a space on the first floor of the building next door, which is part of our real estate developments, and convert it into a showroom. It would be used to welcome our customers for off-plan sales, particularly for new-build projects where they have to make choices about finishes, tiling, flooring and kitchens. Our aim was to show them the possibilities, based on their budget and the materials available. To fit out the space, we worked in collaboration with Nyon-based architect Coretra, and also consulted SEIC because of our long-standing collaboration in the maintenance and renovation of apartments and buildings. In fact, the premises were still in their raw state, and we needed the entire electrical installation.
SEIC created the entire lighting system for this space, ensuring that electricity was available everywhere, from the kitchen to the light fittings and switches.
We are extremely satisfied with our collaboration with SEIC, whether it's for small, routine jobs such as repairing a faulty switch, or for technical advice on renovating apartments or buildings, or optimizing energy-saving lighting.
