Photovoltaic panels
- Solar photovoltaic system added to roof, on various surfaces facing south-east and south-west. The PV project also includes tinsmithing work. SEIC is responsible for coordinating the various trades.
- System for tracking photovoltaic production and building consumption to easily determine the amount of solar electricity consumed or fed back into the grid.
Heat pump
- Air-to-water heat pump with external air intake, replacing a condensing gas boiler.
- Heat pump heating capacity: 20kW
- Coefficient of performance (A7/W35, according to EN14511): 4.85
- The heat pump has been sized for a villa with more than 6 rooms and around 340m2 of energy reference area.
