Services provided :

Home automation concept: efficient use of energy for heating and lighting. Complete management of blinds with solar tracking and connection to the heating system to improve the building's energy efficiency.
Photovoltaic system: 180 kWp of rooftop power coupled with a 65 kWh solar storage battery.
Creation of a Regroupement pour la consommation propre (RCP) to maximize the building's self-consumption rate.
Charging stations: installation of charging stations for electric vehicles.
